In a 1st, IIT students will be able to study across campuses

In a first, IIT Madras has confirmed that IIT students will be able to study across IIT campuses from this year. IIT Madras Director, Professor V Kamakoti, said curricula across IITs are being mapped. Students will be able to take admission in select courses or even spend a full term, and their credits will be transferred.
