In a big move, all new buses in Tamil Nadu will now have ACs

Tamil Nadu CM Vijay has directed that all new government buses purchased in the state should be air-conditioned. "From now on...the public...should travel in AC buses...Accordingly, it's the CM's wish that all new government buses to be purchased henceforth should've AC facilities," said Transport Minister Vijay Tamilan Parthiban. The government also plans to strengthen bus connectivity.
