In a filmy moment, thief wanted in 3 states dangles from moving train as cops chase him

A notorious thief, wanted in three states, has been arrested in Kerala after a dramatic chase on a moving train. In a video shared by RPF, he was seen dangling from the train after attacking two officers who questioned him during a late-night patrol. After boarding trains with valid tickets, he'd steal bags, jewellery and laptops, particularly from AC coaches.
