French President Emmanuel Macron urged EU to deploy its never-before-used "trade bazooka" to counter US President Donald Trump imposing 10% tariffs on eight European countries backing Greenland, multiple reports said. He was referring to the bloc's Anti-Coercion Instrument. Meanwhile, the EU is also reportedly considering imposing €93 billion of previously announced retaliatory tariffs against US.
