In Delhi Police vs Shimla Police, former booked for kidnapping over arrest of Congress workers

Shimla Police filed a kidnapping case against Delhi Police over arrest of three Youth Congress workers in connection with the shirtless protest at the India AI Impact Summit. A video of a confrontation between police in Shimla, governed by Congress, and Delhi Police, which comes under the MHA has surfaced. Delhi Police was allowed to leave Himachal Pradesh on Thursday.
