In dig at Khera, CM Himanta says 'You know what we talked about' after meeting Rijiju

Assam CM Himanta Biswa met Union Minister Kiren Rijiju and said, "You all know what we talked about (wink and cookie emoji)." This may be a dig at Congress MP Pawan Khera, as Rijiju had said he'll report Khera's "indisciplined conduct" to Sarma following his "half-naked swim" remark.
