In heat of the moment, confusion: Police on Tripura student's killing in Dehradun

After Tripura student Anjel Chakma's killing in Dehradun, police said the attack took place in heat of the moment and a state of confusion. Speaking about what led to the fight, police said, "The accused had gathered for a birthday party...They were joking around and taunting each other...Victim and his brother were standing nearby...It appeared that someone had taunted them."
