In India, workers were paid daily wage in coins, recalls New Zealand PM Luxon

New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon recalled that when he visited India in the late '90s, people used to get their daily wages in coins in their hands. He credited PM Narendra Modi for India's economic transformation. "It's interesting to me that under PM Modi's leadership, he has lifted 250 million people out of poverty," he said.
