The opening ceremony of 20th Asian Games took place at Mizuho Park Athletic Stadium in Japan on Saturday, with Emperor Naruhito declaring the Games open. The two-hour ceremony featured Japan's national anthem, flag-raising, dance performances and fireworks. The ceremony was followed by the athletes' parade, with teams from 45 nations and the OCA Refugee Team participating.
