The Paris 2024 Olympics opening ceremony took place on River Seine, with athletes parading down the historic monuments of the French capital. For the first time in the history of Olympics, the opening ceremony was held in a location other than the main stadium. Lady Gaga, Celine Dion and Aya Nakamura were among the artistes who performed at the ceremony.
