The 12th Annual Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest, presented by Cheap Chic Weddings and Charmin, took place in New York last month. The first prize winner received $10,000 after beating over 1,500 entrants. The wedding dresses need to be made using toilet paper, glue, tape and a needle and thread, and its wearer must be able to walk in them.
