In Telangana, Congress has a catchphrase: ‘Boseraju formula’

Karnataka’s Minister for Minor Irrigation, Science & Technology NS Boseraju -- who was made minister without being an MLA or MLC -- has inspired a catchphrase in Telangana: 'Boseraju formula'. It basically suggests that loyalty will be rewarded, and is being used to quell rebellion and curb dissidence in the poll-bound state.
