In what capacity is Nadda meeting CJP? Is he PM?: Congress' Shrinate

Congress leader Supriya Shrinate on Monday criticised Centre after CJP spokespersons Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka met with Union Health Minister JP Nadda at his residence. "In what capacity is JP Nadda meeting them? Is he Education Minister or Home Minister or PM?" Shrinate said, questioning why Dharmendra Pradhan didn't meet them. CJP met Nadda after protest march to Parliament.
