Congress' Gourav Vallabh has asked in which jail is businessman Mehul Choksi, whom PM Narendra Modi used to call "humaare Mehul bhai (Our brother Mehul)". He further asked in which jail those who looted money from India, touched the feet of BJP ministers, and escaped to other countries in planes are lodged.
