Inactive Paytm wallets with no balance will be deactivated

On July 20, it was stated by Paytm Payments Bank Limited (PPBL) that wallets with zero balance and no transactions for over a year would be closed. Users will be notified and given a 30-day warning period. This decision complies with RBI regulations, and customers are encouraged to use their wallets to prevent closure.
