InCred to launch ₹3,000 cr IPO at ₹15,000 crore valuation: Report

Financial services platform Incred has filed its updated draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI. The IPO size is likely to be around ₹3,000 crore and may value the firm at up to ₹15,000 crore, Mint reported. The offering comprises a fresh issue of equity shares totalling ₹1,250 crore. InCred may consider a pre-IPO fundraise of up to ₹250 crore.
