India announce playing XI for 1st T20I against England, Shami misses out

Team India captain Suryakumar Yadav won the toss and elected to bowl first in the first T20I against England at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Fast bowler Mohammad Shami, who has made a return to Team India squad after over a year, has not been included in the XI. Arshdeep Singh is the only regular pacer in the XI.
