India announce playing XI for 1st T20I vs Ireland; Rinku Singh, Prasidh Krishna debut

India captain Jasprit Bumrah won the toss and elected to bowl first against Ireland in the first T20I in Dublin. Batter Rinku Singh and fast bowler Prasidh Krishna are making their T20I debuts for India. India's playing XI also features Shivam Dube, Washington Sundar and Tilak Varma.
