India announce playing XI for ODI series decider against WI; Kohli, Rohit rested again

West Indies captain Shai Hope won the toss and elected to bowl first in the ODI series decider against India in Trinidad. Team India have made two changes to their playing XI, with Ruturaj Gaikwad and Jaydev Unadkat replacing Axar Patel and Umran Malik. Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma have been rested again.
