India awaits new national anaemia figures as survey data reviewed

India is still awaiting new national anaemia figures after the survey identified by the government as the replacement for NFHS-6 data was dropped, according to reports. An RTI response from the Indian Council of Medical Research’s National Institute of Nutrition (ICMR-NIN) said the replacement survey data is still under analysis.
