India defeated hosts New Zealand 2-0 in the final to clinch the FIH Hockey Women's Nations Cup 2025-2026 title. India's Navneet Kaur scored a goal in fourth minute, while Sunelita Toppo added another goal in the 15th minute. With the win, ninth-ranked India also secured qualification for the FIH Hockey Pro League 2026-2027 a year after relegation.
