India builds 3rd Bailey bridge in Sri Lanka after cyclone

Reaffirming regional solidarity, Indian Army Engineers have built a 120-foot Bailey bridge on Sri Lanka's B-492 Highway, restoring the Kandy-Nuwara Eliya link disrupted by Cyclone Ditwah.
