India can become superpower in AI innovation space: IBM India MD

IBM India's Managing Director Sandip Patel has said that India can become a superpower in the AI innovation space. The country has "one of the fastest-growing economies, the world's largest community of developers and a large startup ecosystem", Patel stated. He added, "5,000 patents have been filed in AI from India in the last decade, according to industry reports."
