India Cements enter pact with JSW Cement to divest stake in Springway mining

India Cements announced that it has entered a pact with JSW Cement to divest its entire stake in Springway Mining Pvt Ltd (SMPL). Informing the stock exchanges, India Cements said that the total consideration for the deal was ₹476.87 crore. India Cements added that JSW Cement paid ₹373.87 crore as part of the deal to acquire the stake in SMPL.
