Vietnam in talks with India to buy BrahMos missile system

Vietnam is in talks with India to purchase the BrahMos missile system, MEA confirmed. This development coincides with Vietnamese President To Lam's visit. "We do talk about several platforms, and the BrahMos platform is one of them...Watch this space," P Kumaran, Secretary (East), MEA said. Earlier reports suggested that the deal could be worth $630 million (~₹6,000 crore).
