India defeat Bangladesh in rain-curtailed match, go top of T20 WC 2022 points table

India defeated Bangladesh by five runs (DLS method) in a rain-curtailed T20 World Cup 2022 Super 12 stage Group 2 match on Wednesday. With the victory, India went top of Group 2 points table with six points. Bangladesh were given a revised target of 151 runs from 16 overs after rain interruption. India restricted them to 145/6 in 16 overs.
