India didn't give freebies during pandemic, gave ration to 80 cr people: UP CM

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath on Saturday claimed that India was the only country in the world that did not give freebies during the COVID-19 pandemic, but helped 80 crore people with free ration.
