India don't want to remain buyer, military can't be just a market for world: PM

PM Narendra Modi said India doesn't want to remain only a buyer country in defence sector. "Our armed forces cannot become just a market for world," he stated. "True recognition comes not from being a market, but from self-reliance. Bharat aims to be a Nirmata (creator)," he added.
