India emerged as 3rd largest startup ecosystem in the world: Smriti Irani

Union Minister Smriti Irani has said that India has emerged as the third-largest startup ecosystem with more than 84,400 startups in 656 districts across the country. She added that the valuation of Indian unicorns stood at $332.7 billion. Irani further mentioned that measures like Skill India, Startup India, Make in India and Digital India were launched to empower the youth.
