India emerges among Asia's fastest-growing green economies

India generated $110 billion in green revenues in 2025, making it one of the fastest-growing green economies in Asia, according to an LSEG report. India's green revenues grew at a five-year compound annual growth rate of 20%, outpacing Asia's overall green revenue growth of 12%. A green economy is defined as low carbon, resource efficient and socially inclusive.
