India extends $500,000 relief to Vanuatu after 7.4 magnitude quake
India has announced immediate relief assistance of $500,000 to Vanuatu, following the 7.4-magnitude earthquake that struck the archipelago last month. In a statement released by PIB, the Indian government expressed its condolences to the government and people of Vanuatu and pledged its support in the aftermath of the disaster. At least 14 people lost their lives due to the quake.
