India gets $339.55 billion FDI in the last 5 years, govt shares year-wise details

During the last five financial years, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflows worth $339.55 billion have been reported into India, the government said on Wednesday. "FDI inflows have shown a continuous increase from $45.15 billion in 2014-15 to $81.97 billion in 2020-21," it added. The government also mentioned investor-friendly policies allowing 100% FDI in most sectors under the Automatic route.
