India has received requests from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives for diesel: Govt

Government has received ​a request from ‌Bangladesh for diesel supplies, MEA ​spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said ⁠on Thursday. The government will factor in ​India's diesel availability and refining capacity before ​supplying to Bangladesh. India is also examining similar requests ​from ​other ⁠countries, including Sri Lanka and ​the Maldives, ​Jaiswal added.
