Australian tunnelling expert Arnold Dix while talking about the rescue of workers trapped in Uttarakhand's Silkyara tunnel, said, "We were calm, and we knew exactly what we wanted...India has the best engineers." He added, "I have to go to the temple because I promised to say thank you...If you haven't noticed, we have just witnessed a miracle."
