Ex-England skipper Michael Vaughan said that with all the talent and depth in India, they have "underachieved massively" for years in white ball cricket. India haven't won any ICC trophy since winning the Champions Trophy in 2013. India were restricted to 110/7 in 20 overs by New Zealand in T20 World Cup Group 2 match on Sunday.
