India hit 11-year low in Test rankings at start of the year

For the first time since 2014, India have failed to start a year among the top three Test teams. India have started 2026 at the fourth spot in the ICC Test rankings following their second successive home series defeat. India are fourth with 104 rating points. Australia are the top-ranked Test side with 124 rating points.
