India in talks with US to access advanced AI models for cyber security

The Indian government is in talks with the US and technology companies to gain access to advanced AI models that can strengthen the country's cyber security. Electronics and IT Secretary S Krishnan said securing frontier AI systems is a top priority despite export control restrictions. Meanwhile, CERT-In is testing alternative AI models to improve cyber defence capabilities.
