India, Israel launch ₹258 cr tech fund during PM Modi visit

India and Israel launched a $40 million (over ₹258 crore) technology fund during PM Modi's visit to the country. The Israel India Innovation Initiative Fund, or I4F, will receive $4 million a year from each government for five years. The fund is aimed at encouraging Indians to invest in Israel’s technology ecosystem and to open development centres in Israel.
