India has issued an advisory for its citizens in Mexico after the North American country's most wanted drug lord El Mencho was killed in a US-backed raid. "Avoid areas around law enforcement activity...Seek shelter and minimise unnecessary movements outside your shelter...In case of emergency, call 911...Keep family and friends advised of your location," the advisory read.
