India issues advisory for Kailash Manasarovar Yatra

The Ministry of External Affairs has issued an advisory for the Kailash Manasarovar Yatra, advising people "not to commence their journey from India until all required travel documents have been obtained". The ministry stated it has received several requests for help from Indian citizens stuck in Nepal who were undertaking yatra without "required entry permits and visas for China".
