India issues strong statement on Strait of Hormuz, says 'targeting commercial ships unacceptable'

Indian diplomat Vikram Doraiswami, who was appointed as India's Ambassador to China, issued a strong statement at the UN's International Maritime Organisation on the closure of the Strait of Hormuz amid the Middle East war.
