US President Barack Obama has listed India among major illicit drug producing nations in the world. He also determined names of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Myanmar in the 22-nation list. "A country's presence on the list does not necessarily reflect its counter narcotics efforts or its level of cooperation with the United States on illegal drug control," the State Department said.
