India mandates gas, oil firms to share import and export data

Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas ordered crude oil producers, importers, natural gas producers, LNG importers and gas marketers to mandatorily submit operational data on exports, imports, storage, and consumption. This will be submitted at regular intervals to Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell. This comes after Centre pushed for refineries to prioritise LPG production amid Middle East war.
