India mentioned in 11 world leaders' speeches at UNGA even before Jaishankar's address

Before EAM S Jaishankar's September 26 UNGA address, 11 world leaders have already mentioned India in their speeches. Nepal PM Balen Shah thanked India for flood assistance, while Australian PM Anthony Albanese cited strengthening ties with India. Leaders from Portugal, France, Bhutan, Finland, UK, European Council, Timor-Leste and Ukraine mentioned India, PM Narendra Modi or Indian nationals.
