India must raise a rocket-missile force: Army chief

Indian Army chief General Upendra Dwivedi said India must raise a rocket-missile force to counter threats from China and Pakistan. Bringing rockets and missiles under a single command, the tri-service force would enhance long-range precision strike capability using systems such as Pinaka, Pralay and BrahMos, aligning India with similar forces already established by China and Pakistan.
