India not a target: Rubio as Jaishankar raises US visa issues in press conference

After India's External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar spoke about Indians facing challenges over the issuance of US visas during a press conference, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the changes weren't targeted at India. "The changes that are happening now, or the modernisation of our migration system into the United States, are not India-specific; it is global," he said.
