India not following parental child abduction protocols: US

The US accused India of not following the protocols of international parental child abduction, which refers to wrongful removal or retention of a child to another country by their parents. Claiming 90% of such cases were unresolved in India for a year, the US said India takes an average of one year and 10 months to solve these cases.
