India one policy away to be world's nutrition superpower: R Grover

HarvestPlus COO, Ravinder Grover said, India can become a global leader in biofortification, the science of breeding nutritionally rich crops. He stated that simply offering farmers a 10% incentive to grow biofortified varieties over regular ones could trigger supply-driven transformation at scale, costing far less than India's current 4% GDP loss to malnutrition.
