India overcame global uncertainties, secured 7.8% GDP growth: Shah

Union Home Minister Amit Shah praised the government, saying India's economy has overcome global uncertainties and recorded 7.8% GDP growth in Q1 FY27. He credited the achievement to PM Narendra Modi's "visionary leadership", saying it has strengthened the nation's resilience. Notably, India's secondary sector grew 8.6% during the quarter, while the tertiary sector recorded 10% growth.
