India, Pak should resolve Kashmir issue through dialogue: UN Chief

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres' spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric has said that Guterres appeals to both India and Pakistan to deal with the Kashmir issue through dialogue. Guterres remains very concerned about any potential escalation between the two countries over Kashmir, Dujarric added. Guterres met PM Narendra Modi on the sidelines of the G7 Summit last month in Biarritz, France.
